Medical Equipment Advocate is designed to provide useful educational guidance without creating a patient profile or collecting the identity information commonly requested by healthcare and lead-generation websites.
Information the assessment does not request
We do not ask for a name, exact street address, birth date, phone number, email address, Social Security number, insurance ID, Medicare number, medical-record number, prescriptions, medical records, document uploads, payment information, or an account.
Session-only assessment information
General answers about diagnosis, function, home access, equipment concerns, age range, approximate size, coverage type, and ZIP Code may be used temporarily in the active browser session to organize educational guidance. The assessment is designed to clear after inactivity or when the visitor starts over.
Provider and sponsor boundaries
Providers and sponsors do not receive assessment answers, diagnoses, measurements, limitations, voice input, ZIP-linked identity, or a complete assessment conversation. Selecting a phone, website, or directions link opens that outside service; its own privacy practices then apply.
Anonymous service measurement
We may measure broad, non-identifying activity such as assessment starts and completions, categories displayed, link selections, plan prints, and general usage trends to improve the platform. We do not use health-related answers to create advertising profiles.
Outside resources
The website links to government directories, healthcare providers, support organizations, map services, and sponsor websites. Medical Equipment Advocate does not control their privacy practices. Review the destination’s policies before providing personal information.
